One Story, we seek standalone stories that leave readers feeling satisfied. We gravitate towards character-driven narratives with emotional resonance. Because we publish each author only one time, we are constantly on the lookout for new voices, and while we do publish established authors, the majority of the work we publish comes from lesser-known writers, many of them emerging.
